Thanks to generous funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, you’ll be able to explore over 15,000 historic objects that tell the rich story of the Cannock Chase District and the wider county — from its earliest days to the vibrant communities we know today.

Started in the 1980s, the collection celebrates our shared heritage, people, places, and industries.

The online catalogue is still a work in progress, so some details may be incomplete or updated over time. We’re committed to continually adding new content to make this the best possible resource for everyone.
