How do I book?

Where is best to sit in the auditorium?
The auditorium has clear views of the stage throughout and our seating plan will give you a guide to booking. Rows A-L are flat floor stall seats and rows M-X are raked to ensure a good view wherever you sit. No seats have restricted views.
Row J is reserved for wheelchairs and cannot be booked online, please call the Box Office in this instance.
Row K & L may be behind a sound desk, depending on the nature of the event.
Do you offer concessionary prices?
Concessionary prices are available for some shows and apply to over 60’s and under 16’s.
Can I get Babes in arms tickets?
Infants aged two years and under should be accommodated on parents’ or guardians’ lap. Unless otherwise stated for a performance, no charge will be made. For children aged two and over usual ticket prices and concessions will apply and a seat will be allocated. The Prince of Wales Theatre retains the right to exclude babies in arms from any performance.
These tickets cannot be booked online, please call the Box Office in this instance.
Baby Changing facilities are available in both the male and female toilets.
Can I refund or exchange tickets?
Please note, It is a condition of sale that once tickets are purchased, money will not be refunded. We therefore cannot cancel or refund tickets once purchased but we may be able to exchange to another show. Please note, an exchange fee may be applicable.
What happens if I’ve lost my tickets?
We can generally reprint lost tickets. Contact the Box Office on 01543 578762 to request this.
Do you have wheelchair spaces?
We can accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs but this has to be organised through the Box Office on 01543 578762.
Can I bring pushchairs into the auditorium?
We are unable to accommodate pushchairs in the auditorium. Pushchairs can be left folded in a designated buggy park area at most/certain performances, and a member of our Front of House staff will show you where this is. Please note that all items are left at your own risk.
The production I was attending has been rescheduled/cancelled, what happens now?
If a production you have purchased a ticket for is cancelled or rescheduled we will contact you as soon as possible, dependent on the contact information you have given us, via email, phone or letter. We’ll notify you of new production dates if applicable and let you know of any actions related to your booking that we’ve taken or outline all the possible options available to you. In many instances we will also make announcements via our social media channels.
The production I was attending has been rescheduled, are my original tickets still valid?
Yes, your original tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date of your performance, even if the date of your show has been rescheduled more than once. The date of your show may have changed but your seat number will remain the same, so please hold onto your tickets, you’ll need them to enter the auditorium when you visit.
Can I take food and drinks into the auditorium?
Drinks purchased on the premises can be taken into the auditorium as long as they are in a plastic cup, plastic cups are available from all bars. No glassware is to be taken into the auditorium. Hot drinks must be in a cup with a lid. No hot food is permitted in the auditorium, but sweets are allowed.
Can I take photographs or film in the auditorium?
Photography and recording equipment is prohibited in the auditorium due to copyright law and to minimise any disturbance to the performers and other audience members.
Have you got a lift?
There is a lift in the theatre which can be accessed from each level of the theatre. Please note that whilst the lift goes to each level, not all seats in the auditorium are accessible for those with mobility issues. For more information, please contact our Box Office on 01543 578762.
We also have disabled Toilet Facilities in both the Male and Female Toilets.
