The museum has a meeting room available for hire, which can accommodate groups in audience and conference style layouts.
We offer very competitive rates in a peaceful and picturesque setting. We are just a few minutes drive from Hednesford, Cannock and Rugeley and a 15 minute walk from Hednesford bus and railway station, with plenty of free parking.
The museum has consistently won Visit England awards for its front of house service, including a Welcome Accolade which recognises that our staff offer the highest levels of customer service.
Delegates are welcome to browse the museum galleries during refreshment and lunch breaks, and to enjoy a breath of fresh air in the beautiful surroundings of Hednesford Hills.
The museum is fully accessible – ramps, ground floor conference room, hearing loops, accessible toilets and Blue Badge parking

The dimensions of our ground floor conference room are 9m x 5m. We can accommodate:
- Up to 50 delegates in audience style
- Up to 25 delegates in conference style
- Up to 24 delegates in cabaret style

Charges
We offer competitive hire rates. For up to date charges, please contact the museum bookings team. We offer a 10% discount on block bookings of three dates or more when booked at the same time.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit.
Workshop Spaces
In addition to our conference room, we have rooms for hire for practical activities in our outbuildings. All rooms are fully accessible and provide the ideal venue for activity sessions, workshops and children’s parties.
Field
The museum has a large field that can be hired for outdoor activities. Unfortunately, the surface is not suitable for football matches.
