It is a month after the Battle of Britain but the war still continues with bombs falling on London and other cities.
Throughout the land, the brave and enthusiastic Home Guard units continue to protect England from the threat of invasion!
The Walmington-on-Sea contingent of the Home Guard are meeting for a parade tonight outside the village hall. However, all is not well in the peaceful seaside town - could it be that the threat is not from the Germans, but one of their own? Young Private Pike has discovered the body of ARP Warden, Mr Hodges, on the floor of the vicar’s office. Captain Mainwaring never believes a word Pike says, but on this occasion, the ‘stupid boy’ is right!
Join Private Pike, Corporal Jones, and a host of favourite characters as you help Captain Mainwaring solve this dreadful crime. It won’t be easy to work out who to trust, but just remember - don’t panic!
This performance is set in cabaret style with customers seated at tables. Book all your parties tickets together to guarantee sitting together.
